TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Equipped with six stainless steel main burners, each outputting 3.5kW of heat, one ceramic sear burner(4kW) and one back burner(3.2kW) for a combined power of 28.2kW all of which are controlled by light-up knobs and piezo ignition. The barbecue can effortlessly reach over 350℃ making it perfect to grill skewers, lamb shoulder, ribs and much more. This model's sturdy, double-walled hood keeps heat encased, along with a built-in thermostat and glass viewing window providing you with more control to decide if you want your meat medium rare or well done.
PREMIUM DESIGN: Meticulously crafted from stainless steel to increase longevity in comparison to industry-standard steel models. Designated space for 5-11kg gas canisters within the barbecue keeping your garden beautiful. Featuring a back burner, especially for rotisserie chicken; an infrared side sear zone burner for the perfect steaks and a robust warming rack, with a unique design that caters to different-sized drumsticks and keeps the food warm or for indirect cooking. The rotary dials include blue LED lights making the barbecue stand out.
MADE WITH YOU IN MIND: The five-piece cast iron grilling surface provides better flavour, versatility and durability, with a removable round element (Ø approx. 30.5 cm) for pizza stones or pans/woks. [Note: This does not fit our Pizza Stone so you will need to find one with a matching diameter]. Also included is a removable grease tray for easy cleaning and a clip-on regulator for propane gas (patio gas) and gas hose pipe. I recently purchased Platinum Yamara 6+2 Gas bbq. The purchase was straight forward and I was able to select my preferred delivery date which was a real bonus. The item was delivered on the day selected, it was packaged really well with no damage incurred. It did take a while to put the bbq together, the instructions could be a little clearer but managed to get it put together with no problems. I'm really pleased with the quality of the item, it has a premium feel to it and you can see that they are built to last. Overall really pleased with my purchase and experience with CosmoGrill
Ordered one day and as promised delivered next day. Very well packaged. Very good instructions for assembly. Looked through them a couple of times before starting to build. Very straight forward and took a leisurely 3 hrs to complete on my own. Changed regulator as i use butane. My patio a little uneven but wheels large enough to cope. All in all a very good bbq and look forward to getting a lot of use out of it.
I have just bought one of your Platinum Yamara 6+2 Gas Barbecues and am absolutely delighted with the quality and build. It arrived extremely well packaged with no issues. It was relatively easy to assemble and I cooked steak on it last night to perfection. That was the Barbecue's performance not mine! I would not hesitate to recommend CosmoGrill to anyone that asks. I got the Yamara 6+2 grill. Well packaged, Easy to assemble, easy to use. Cooked sausages, burgers, roast chicken and roast beef on rotisserie. The side burn great for toasting buns!! My bbqs are now next level thanks to this grill. And also I burn less too
