Ordering was easy and the after sales team really helpful.
BBQ delivered on time and assemble easily by following instructions, although I must say with everything being black it was difficult at times to **** in in some of the more intricate internal mechanisms. Had the first bbq last night and it was a pure delight., being able to change the height of the charcoal during cooking made it so easy to control the cooking. Very impressed and will put it to the test this weekend with a bbq for 40 + people.
I used the bbq, lots of food were grilled, amazing results, easy clean. Thank you for a great product.
The BBQ I purchased is a great buy, it is sturdy and great to use, easy to clean, the service I received was excellent the BBQ came the next day after ordering and I went to the warehouse to purchase a cover for it and the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me a discount on the cover, all in all I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend buying from them.
