I love the bbq. Style,quality,performance. Following a long search for a bbq, I know I've made the right choice. As for DPD and their customer service and performance, its worse than awful. Awaiting for a replacement part as you are aware through DPD dp not fill my heart with joy.

Delivered quickly, good quality and fits perfectly

Not used yet took a while to build but looks very well made

So far so good. Was delivered so quickly, amazingly well packed. Literally 4 odd screws left after assembly. Fantastic design, as advertised and described. If not better. Took me 3 hrs to assemble on my own. But I took my time and read instructions thoughroly . It was very easy with just a couple of points could have been made easier still with different instructions. Over all, I would say easy to assemble. Quality of materials is what led me to buy this bbq. The gauge and quality of the stainless steel seem very heavy duty. The design and build quality is top draw .I've done its initial burn and cure today. Other than a small ignition problem that is being dealt with through an exceptionally polite and courteous staff at customer service i couldn't be happier. Yes,very expensive in my eyes for a bbq. That said you can definitely see what you are paying for and getting for your money. I spent a lot of time studying bbq of this type. Trust me you won't get better for the money.

I ordered the cover to go with the XXXL smoker that I bought at the end of last year. The delivery was as stated and arrived well packaged. The product itself is a very good bespoke fit and easy to put on. I also like the velcro straps to tighten the cover although we will see how long they last when its windy. Overall it was a very easy and efficient service and I look forward to using my smoker for years to come.

XL Smoker Charcoal Barbecue

Bought the XXL smoker charcoal barbecue in the summer to replace our old kettle unit. The difference is phenomenal….such a great bit of kit and versatile. It’s improved my bbq skills and food options, especially with the hot plate insert. My father in law was so impressed and kept going in about it, I bought him the XL as a gift. I feel a “cook off” coming on!

Very easy to understand the website to understand which parts I needed for my bbq , arrived next day, excellent service.

Great BBQ

I had an issue with my order delivery due to dpd, I really struggled to get an answer from dpd as to where my parcel was or if it was going to be delivered, it was very frustrating as they didn’t provide much support. However I contact Cosmogrill directly, who were extremely helpful they resolved the issue and reassured me of my order. They were able to respond to my request quickly. was so refreshing to have a good customer experience with a company.

None of the questions are relevant at the moment as I won’t build it u til next spring and won’t be cooking on it until next spring !!

Barbecue Cover - XL Smoker

The cast iron grill is a real game changer for the barbecue. A consistent heat and easy to clean. Highly recommended.

Ordered some new cast-iron grills. was a slight delay on delivery but was kept updated. arrived and all good to go for 2026. Did also like the email I received as well as how to keep BBQ in top condition before storing for the winter
