Usage Instructions
When used with our barbecues, this cast iron griddle is designed to be used with adequate airflow. When in use, the entire cooking surface of the barbecue must not be fully covered with flat plates or griddles, as this can restrict airflow.
A grill grate does not need to be used to fill the remaining space. However, part of the cooking surface must remain open to allow proper airflow and ensure the barbecue operates correctly.
Please ensure this guidance is followed during use.
Care & Maintenance
Cast iron griddles should be cleaned by soaking and washing in soapy water as soon as possible after use and once cool down.
NEVER place cast iron products in a dishwasher as this will reduce the structural integrity of the product, remove any or all pretreated seasoning and likely cause rusting.

I wanted a BBQ that doubles up for smoking and this was the perfect choice. Quick cooking can be done in the Gas side where longer cooks are ideal using the right side as an offset smoker. Very pleased with how easy this was to put together, the swiftness of delivery and the ease of use. Only comment was there could some instructions for using the smoker side for those newer to using a smoker, otherwise this is fantastic.
Never really been a massive bbq fan and having my old one until it literally fell apart, it was time to replace it, the dual fuel bbq just hit the spot, meaning I could choose how to cook etc, loving it so far
Just a great cooking experience
Had this bbq set up for the great weather all weekend.
Excellent unit. Very pleased with it.
It was fairly easy to put together in a little unsure in the gas side but I don’t have a gas bottle yet to try that side out
