Delivered on the precise day that I requested, husband has assembled it with ease and is very pleased with it. A robust and sturdy BBQ

The assembly took a while. It arrives in 3 boxes. Don't try to start until all the boxes arrive...it won't work. Trust me. Be warned; everything is heavy. But it all fits together nicely. Definitely a 2 person build with beers at the ready.
One set up you'll probably notice that the firebox door doesn't sit flat to seal it properly l. You'll need to manage/woman handle it into shape. Which brings you to mod 1.
Apply a suitable gasket around the upper firebox door for a better air seal.
When the main grill lid is fully open you may struggle to reach it to close it without risking a burn on your arm. Especially if you aren't that tall. The handle sits too high on the grill lid. For the sake of safety you may want to move the handle down a couple of inches. (mod 2) as you cannot reach the handle easily without risking burns.
Mod 3 is quite easy. To allow better air flow through the firebox you might consider a charcoal basket (square type) It will sit neatly on the firebox grate.
Once you've mastered the temp control this grill will outshine most premium branded offsets esp at this price. It's not perfect but if it was wouldn't that be boring?

very good product, a bit heavy but easy to manoeuvre on flat surfaces, have used twice so far and is very easy and fun to use. Slight smoke leakage through the hatches which is curable with a bit of high temp grill seal/gasket but all in all gets up to and maintains temperature well and plenty of grill surface area to rotate to food, fit pizza sones etc.
