Brexit Update: All orders made from European countries (Incl. Ireland) are subject to customs/duties and are payable when the product reaches the destination country. The responsibility of the aforementioned duties lies with the Customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a fixed price but on average this charge is usually around 20% of the order value. Note any VAT charged on your order is separate to customs and duties required for the release of your item. This will not be refunded.

Refused Deliveries: Please note that if for any reason products are returned to us by our courier due to delivery refusal or multiple attempted delivery or missed custom payments. A fee will be deducted from your refund when received, inspected and processed back. This varies depending on the product, delivery address and amount of parcels dispatched. Deductions can range from £10 - £50.

Note: For any FREE promotional products that come back to us another will not be sent out, unless shipping is paid for. 

Pre-Orders

Sometimes our items are sold on a pre-order basis. In this case, we aim to deliver all pre-orders within the delivery time frame shown to you prior or at point of purchase. However, please note that some of our goods arrive from overseas, therefore there can be minor delays. In the unlikely event this occurs, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible with new delivery dates.

Note: If you have multiple items in your cart and any of them are for pre-order, the entire order will only be shipped once the pre-ordered item is available for dispatch. If you require non pre-ordered items urgently this can be arranged at a cost.


Delayed Delivery

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival time or be held liable for any delays caused by unforeseen events such as extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs delays, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Although our courier achieves a 99% on-time delivery rate, we kindly request that you consider any time-sensitive or urgent requirements when placing an order. If you have specific delivery needs or deadlines, please reach out to our Customer Support team, and they will gladly assist you and explore possible alternatives, if available, to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note that in the event of a delay or your order arriving later than the estimated delivery date, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a free return solely based on this circumstance. Our standard free return policy is in effect and primarily addresses instances of product defects or packing errors. We highly encourage you to review our return policy and its associated details.

Loss/Undelivered Parcels

At CosmoGrill, we take great care in ensuring that your orders are securely packaged and promptly dispatched. Once your order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase, the risk of loss or damage to the items passes on to you, our valued customer.

We rely on reputable courier services to deliver your packages safely and efficiently. When our chosen courier service confirms the delivery of your order through their tracking system, it signifies the completion of our responsibility. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise, and if you encounter any issues with the delivery, we kindly request you to follow the outlined procedure below:

Procedure for Disputed Deliveries:

Check with Neighbors or Household Members: Verify with your neighbors or household members to confirm if they accepted the delivery on your behalf.

Contact Local Authorities: In case of a suspected theft or delivery issue, report the incident to your local law enforcement agency and obtain a Crime Reference Number.

Contact Us: If you've obtained a Crime Reference Number, please contact us immediately at support@cosmogrill.co.uk. Provide the Crime Reference Number along with any relevant details, and we will assist you further in resolving the matter.

Please note that the entire investigation process can take up to 90 days to conclude. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms regarding the risk of loss after delivery confirmation.
