Copertura per barbecue - DUO Dual Fuel

Was sent a non functional bbq. The build quality is simply shocking, it's useless and taking up space in my hall (not built). Company won't pick it up without a £50 charge of which I should not bear. So so disappointed and out of pocket

Arrived on time and fits great

Cover is obviously of good quality but for a smaller bbq. I’ve been sent the wrong size. I’ve tried to use to return process online but had no instructions about how to return yet (waiting 4 days) and have also emailed the support team but not heard back yet (in fairness I only emailed this afternoon). Please can someone help sort this out.

Exceptional value for money the quality of the fabric is certainly top notch and the fit and design is perfect ... thankyou very much

I've enjoyed using my new duo grill several times since it arrived it's definitely up there with the more expensive professional units the new cover fits like a dream, I do recommend getting a second warming rack as only one comes with the kit ( should be included in my opinion ) but other than that I'm really pleased with my purchase.
