- Piastra in ghisa nera reversibile a due lati. Presenta un lato rigato per una bella carne o verdura e un lato piatto e liscio, per cucinare panini alla griglia, uova, pancake e molto altro.
- La superficie scanalata con scanalature profonde consente al grasso in eccesso di sciogliersi e drenare, così potrai gustare una carne più sana e nutriente.
- Realizzato in ghisa al 100%, durevole, robusto e resistente alla corrosione. La ghisa è nota per offrire un sapore eccezionale e versatilità, rendendola un must se possiedi un barbecue.
- La piastra trattiene il calore, quindi una volta calda, rimane calda e distribuisce il calore in modo uniforme per trattenere l'umidità e il sapore. Crea anche dei bellissimi segni di scottatura, quindi un sapore e una presentazione incredibili da abbinare!

Haven’t used it yet as ordered as an extra. It’s solid and was delivered quickly. Will do exactly what it’s supposed to do
Poor customer service. Took 2 weeks to arrive after multiple blunders by CosmoGrill. Would not purchase from them again.

Ordered the reversible cast iron griddle for extra options. Brilliant product and really good quality. Shame you have to purchase the cast iron range separately as they are much more superior then what is on there.
Will be looking at purchasing the cast iron grills soon but they are abit expensive for what they are being the bbq is enough on it’s on but all in all very good product
